It's really against human nature to come and write about how everything is working out , or everything is amazing..

Ive read a lot of interesting articles, but are there any threads that focus on the great aspects of Poly living?

I know relationships are not all of life, but it seems like Poly folks are a bit more focused on them and they are more central to their lives. Plus the level of communication and depth of expression that it seems to take to make "it work" is very impressive. I wish more people would put effort into understanding each other like that.

Anyway, I'd love to read some things that don't feed my negative mind goblins

People mainly post on message boards to get advice for an issue.

There are many of us in long term stable poly configurations. I not not keep up a blog. Post after post of today I watched TV on the couch with Murf or Butch and I did yardwork gets old fast.

My life is quiet boring and drama free. The way I like it.

Look in the Life Stories and Blogs section, and in General Discussions there is a thread called Poly Vignettes: Sharing Success And Happiness.

This. ^ Hence the reason you'll find hundreds more threads dedicated to problematic issues within poly relationships.

Also, google "poly success stories" or go to Youtube and watch some of the many videos of people making this lifestyle work (in various configurations).

Google 'Poly Role Models'. It's a blog with posts about various folks doing poly.

Could also google Marshall Rosenberg and all his work with Nonviolent Communication if you want to read more about communication. There's lots of articles like this one.
