Hello, newbie here....
Hello to all that read this. I'm married and in an open marriage. We've been together for 15 years and were mono for the better part of it. As we endeavor further into being who we truly are I sought out this forum in hopes of finding help and insight for difficult issues and hope that I may be able to offer the same for others in return. Hopefully that's a sufficient intro???

When speaking of various forms of non-monogamy...it ain't poly if you're just fucking around. While polyamory, open relationships, and swinging are all distinctly different approaches to non-monogamy, they are not mutually exlusive. Folks can, and some do, engage in more than one of them at a time--and it's all good.
