Hello from Cardiff!
Hello everyone! Joined this site to make new poly friends and just for general support.
I am fairly new to polyamory, but not new to the concept, always had poly friends. Been in a long term relationship for nearly 14 years and leapt into polyamory late last year. Its had its up and downs, a few major wibbles, mostly on my part, but other than that I still think it's the right direction to take our relationship. When speaking of various forms of non-monogamy...it ain't poly if you're just fucking around. While polyamory, open relationships, and swinging are all distinctly different approaches to non-monogamy, they are not mutually exlusive. Folks can, and some do, engage in more than one of them at a time--and it's all good.
