Default Previous Link Follow Up -- a success story of acceptance

A number of years ago I started the thread below, upset and confused that my primary partner did not want to meet the woman I was dating.

I want to to thank those who responded, with compassion toward all three of us, and a good healthy kick in the pants for me and my insensitivity as well.

It's not common for someone to post later that things are going very well, and they are.

I am poly identified.
My partner is currently monogamous.

We let each other exist as ourselves, and it is working out. It truly is.

She's not quite ready to meet my partners yet, but that's ok. It's something she sees happening later. What's important is that "later" doesn't have to come to pass -- just being true to ourselves and each other does.

It took a long while to get to this place. A skilled therapist helped.
Nice to be back with good news.
