Default A look at some relationship dysfunction

I've had this link in my bookmarks since the post first appeared. I revisit it every now and then and find that it serves as good information for those interested in developing healthy, functional relationships by highlighting a bunch of things that make for dysfunctional relationships.

When speaking of various forms of non-monogamy...it ain't poly if you're just fucking around.

While polyamory, open relationships, and swinging are all distinctly different approaches to non-monogamy, they are not mutually exlusive. Folks can, and some do, engage in more than one of them at a time--and it's all good.

Very intriguing article. I don't know if I agree with it 100%, but I think the core of his argument is solid.

I guess I didn't really care for the article.

Why ?

Because it was a bit superficial and really didn't dig deep enough (if at all) into any causes and solutions for the impasse.

I guess I'd file that in the folder " Care for some cheese with your whine ?"

I think anyone who resonated strongly with this article would benefit by doing some studying on the differences between male & female brains (regardless of their sexual organs) and sociology (culture).

There are ways to improve these relations and behaviors but you have to come to the table with facts first.
