Thanks guys, yes there is sooo much information on here, I'm really looking forward to reading some success stories though as I think I stumbled across problems instead lol ...

It hasnt discouraged me and I am looking for ways to deal with my anxiety and fears so when they arise I am well aware and able to take appropriate action

Remember too, people have more of a need to post (such as to get advice) when their relationship/s is/are in trouble than they do when everything is going fine. Some people do post about the good times, but there will be a tendancy for the bad times to get posted about more often.

Perhaps you'll find a better balance of the good and the bad in the Life stories and blogs board? Just a maybe there.
