Default Trying to figure it all out

I am new here and have been enjoying reading some of the posts so far. I've been in a committed relationship for almost 6 yrs. We have had our share of threesomes but were left with nothing much but just "good sex and fun". We thought about swinging but we aren't too interested in just bed hopping and sex. So our next thought was how about poly? We aren't sure how to go about it. I hope to keep reading to get some insight.

Hi Pretty Lips,
Welcome to our forum.

I would just take it slow, and learn all you can about polyamory and how it works before actually attempting poly dating or what have you. Have a look around at our various threads, take advantage of our search features, and post any thoughts, questions, or concerns that may come to your mind.

I hear you about wanting something more ... Polyamory essentially adds that emotional element that some people are missing. With emotions come ups and downs though, so you have to be patient and learn good communication habits and skills.

Hope you enjoy your stay here.
