Default Re-introducing ourselves from Westchester

My husband (who likely will be logging in separately as nllpoly or something close to that), and I are more ready at this point to begin meeting other people. We have settled the swing vs. poly issue in favor of poly, and we are becoming adjusted to having a new baby in the house, our first. We are both professionals (medical field, me and law, him). We tend to match better through friendship first relationships that hopefully (at least one of them) will develop into more. We are both very time pressured, so anyone who expects high time investment from the very first meeting will probably not be that happy with us.

Welcome again.
When speaking of various forms of non-monogamy...it ain't poly if you're just fucking around.

While polyamory, open relationships, and swinging are all distinctly different approaches to non-monogamy, they are not mutually exlusive. Folks can, and some do, engage in more than one of them at a time--and it's all good.
