You might want to give this radio show a listen. I found it fascinating in regards to the whole long-time couple opening up/trying new people dynamic. I'm not sure I would have structured what they did the same way, though.

Thank you KyleKat for your advice and your response on my situation. Things have gotten a little better. My husband has met the woman that he started chatting with online. The great thing is, is that when he came home from the date he says he realized what he has with me. That made me happy. I would love to chat with you when you have the time.
