Hello!
I'm not really new to the forum. I've been reading here for quite a while now. But I figured I'd introduce myself, as it wouldn't be polite to start just jumping in and posting. I've been married to my husband for almost 17 years now. I discovered fairly recently (all things considered) that I'm polyamorous. This forum is a large part of why I even know poly exists. I'm still learning...my husband and I are learning together. I hope to continue to learn from you all here...and maybe begin to interact now too.

When speaking of various forms of non-monogamy...it ain't poly if you're just fucking around. While polyamory, open relationships, and swinging are all distinctly different approaches to non-monogamy, they are not mutually exlusive. Folks can, and some do, engage in more than one of them at a time--and it's all good.
