I have been looking for an polyamorous couple or a few women and one man for awhile now. I am an single mom and both my kids don't have other support. I want the companionship of wives and love with everyone. I am pagan and that is one of the reasons I never find anyone. I want the whole family package.

Some people on here will post helpful suggestions, but in the meantime what part of the country are you in , and can you give us a general description of yourself and your interests besides paganism. There are people looking for someone to join their families and the fact that you have two little ones doesn't hurt your chances of finding a family at all since people with kids always need someone to help with coparenting.

My own suggestion is to go where people go who are interested in the same things you are such as classes, volunteering and things like that. Good luck and welcome aboard.

Greetings Sky Woman,
Welcome to our forum.

We have a Dating & Friendships subforum you can try (if you haven't done so already). Also there's a variety of links ...

And worth quoting, is:

"As for where to meet poly people, if by some chance you are interested in anything alternative like Renaissance fairs, goth culture, sci-fi conventions, indie music, bdsm, or any small fringe group, you will be more likely to meet people who have at least heard of poly and are accepting of it."

Even if it's not an "alternative" type group, if there's a club or something in your area that does something you're interested in, you can always join that group and it just gives you a way to get out there and meet people. If you meet someone on a platonic level and get to talking about poly, then they can decide how they feel about it without any "pressure to agree." Then if they do decide poly doesn't bother them too much, and some kind of romantic connection subsequently develops, you'll already have "had the poly conversation" with them.

I think it's always hard to find people, even monogamously. I sympathize with your situation, and hope you can get some better luck.

Sincerely,
Kevin T.
