we are a m/bi-female couple looking for a bi fe 21-30 who is interested in starting a new fresh poly family. We have a daughter. And a pit bull. We don't do drugs and we keep our drinking to a minimum. We would like someone who has at least their high school education. Race doesn't matter we are both mixed. You need to have a source of income. So you can help out. We are not looking for a woman who wants to freeload (sit on their ass n live off us). We don't do clubs. We are basically home bodies. We are a stable couple. We talk about everything and we keep a clean house. It's so hard to think of everything lol but yea oh we are right outside of Shreveport, la but are willing to meet up in tx and ak. Oh you need to be stable too meaning have a working car. And your own cell phone.

Welcome, we are a poly triad in South Arkansas. its hard to find poly people in this area but good luck. Maybe one day we will find enough people around to start a meet up group or just get together with others.

Just so ya know ...

There's a few sites you can ping to help see if there's any local poly groups in your area:

http://polyamory.meetup.com/
http://www.polyamory.org/SF/groups.html
http://polyevents.blogspot.com/#localgroups
http://www.polyamory.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11
http://openingup.net/resources/local-orginizations-u-s/

Googling "polyamory" with your State or nearest major city may also turn up something.

There's a few poly-friendly dating sites:

http://www.okcupid.com/
http://www.polymatchmaker.com/

And foods for thought:

"As for where to meet poly people, if by some chance you are interested in anything alternative like Renaissance fairs, goth culture, sci-fi conventions, indie music, bdsm, or any small fringe group, you will be more likely to meet people who have at least heard of poly and are accepting of it."
-- SpaceHippieGeek, Polyamorous Percolations

Even if it's not an "alternative" type group, if there's a club or something in your area that does something you're interested in, you can always join that group and it just gives you a way to get out there and meet people. If you meet someone on a platonic level and get to talking about poly, then they can decide how they feel about it without any "pressure to agree." Then if they do decide poly doesn't bother them too much, and some kind of romantic connection subsequently develops, you'll already have "had the poly conversation" with them.

So those are some possibilities to consider. Even if you try the whole nine yards and get but one little bite, it might be worth it.

Good love in your search and endeavors!
Sincerely,
Kevin T.
