Default First post :)

Hi there,

I am a married woman. We have recently begun exploring polyamory. We have been exploring sexually with swinging, but feel like it doesn't quite fit "us". We have a different sort of marriage. He is away a lot for work, which opened up the dialogue for polyamory. I am here looking for support and chat.

Greetings KandS2013,
Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

I think you have good odds of getting the chat and support you need. I have often heard (by the way) of situations where a couple tried swinging, and then decided that polyamory would be more their type of thing. So you're not at all alone in your experiences so far.

Take some time to explore Polyamory.com and see what the various threads and boards have to offer. Let us know of whatever thoughts, questions, and/or concerns you wish to share. I always follow the intro board so I'll always be available for you on this thread. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here, and tell your husband not to be bashful in case he wants to join too!

There's a *lot* of good info in Golden Nuggets. Have a look!

Please read through the guidelines if you haven't already.

Note: You needn't read every reply to your posts, especially if someone posts in a disagreeable way. Given the size and scope of the site it's hard not to run into the occasional disagreeable person. Please contact the mods if you do (or if you see any spam), and you can block the person if you want.

If you have any questions about the board itself, please private-message a mod and they'll do their best to help.

Welcome aboard!
