Per the headline,
She has an opinion -- actually, it's not even an opinion, merely a self-serving prejudice -- which is that you aren't emotionally invested enough to do justice to Her Queenliness.
If she doesn't WANT to change that presupposition, then there's no reason for her to do so. There's nothing you can do about that... except knucle under, kowtow, & be a sex-toy that's handy to keep her hubby from chasing tail elsewhere.
Maybe they're just stuck in groupthink, & could be pushed out of their happy little rut if they were motivated, which is NOT going to happen if you let them write the script.
Start asking yourself, "What's in it for ME?" Do you really believe it's going to get better? Will this happen by magic? How will you handle the not-so-good days? How will you feel when the not-so-good days keep increasing in proportion?
At some point, you WILL need to ask them, "What's in it for ME?"
