Question Seeking advice

I got involved into polyamory relationship a year ago, completely unintentionally. It is four people, sleeping criss-cross, straight. We have intense jealousy issues.

Hi Zgirl,
Welcome to our forum.

If jealousy is "the thing" that's getting in the way of the happy poly life you want together, there's some links you can check out that might help.

Let us discuss the greeneye monster shall we?
How to slay the greeneyed beastie.

Jealousy, Envy, Insecurity, Etc.
How do you achieve compersion?

The Theory of Jealousy Management
The Practice of Jealousy Management

Jealousy and the Poly Family
Kathy Labriola: Unmasking the Green-Eyed Monster
Brené Brown: the Power of Vulnerability

I'd start with those, then, have a look around on our site (a search or better still a tag search for "jealousy" could get you where you need to go), and post any particular thoughts, questions, or concerns that you may have.

Hope your situation works out. Polyamory's a challenging way to do relationships; not for everybody. You have to find out if it's right for you.

Hope this helps,
Kevin T.
