+ "others" = FBs, FWBs, lover-friends, platonic G/BFs, boytoys, etc.

Welcome to our forum. Please feel free to lurk, browse, etc.

I read your other thread, and responded there briefly. To summarize, there's not a one-size-fits-all answer for every dyad and individual. Each dyad should sit down together and discuss what would work best for them. It sounds like you and your partner have a good relationship, I am guessing that the two of you communicate often. And the fact that you have joined this site, and are reading and posting, shows that you are open to learning more about poly. Good on ya!
