Being a private and practical person, I can't relate to the ´serious´ = cohabitation and some contrived, Christian-residual ceremony.
I find it quite comical, to be honest. That being said, I think marriage and cohabitation
should be important to the people I want to have nothing to do with.
Edit: I should say I can fully relate to the idea that casual sex and relationships make us grow. I have certainly grown and explored my own fantasies and have gotten to know myself and others from having a variety of casual sex partners. And, I believe that casual sex is greatly underrated, especially by people who feel all sex must involve a progression toward an ideal, crystalized relationship status.
