My wife and I started exploring polyamory about nine months ago. Since then she has become serious with a non-American citizen. We all get along great and things are going really well, but he can only visit America for a short time for now. We want to make things more permanent and know that this is going to be difficult.
Does anyone know where we might find poly-friendly immigration legal help? Specifically we really need an immigration attorney who is sensitive to poly and will have our best interests at heart navigating the parts that come next. I can get into more specifics if it would help, but would really like to know of any resources you can point me toward.

I'm not sure that exists. Legal help domestically is spotty at best. I doubt you'd have much luck finding anyone that's done work with that before.

Perhaps the only way would be to sponsor him if you have work for him to do, like as a live-in housekeeper or something. I am sure you can find lots of resources on sponsoring an alien if you search Google.
