Thanks for the recommendation. I checked their website. There are none near me, but it doesn't sound like something I'd be interested in -- as an agnostic non-theist. It seems rather focused on Christianity, god stuff, and "getting people back to church," etc. It's good that you found it helpful, but religion's not my thing.

I'm in therapy, and I like my therapist. I've also been thinking of going back to a group I used to belong to years ago which focused on self-awareness, and transforming your life by practicing living in the moment.

I also need to get some more work, which would help. [sigh]
