You might have better luck if you give a bit more detail about what you are looking for - for instance: your ages, the ages of women that you are seeking, your hobbies/interests, is it ok if she smokes? drinks? has kids? has pets? has husband?
What if she is interested in only one of you?
Are you OK with an LDR or does she have to be local?
Are you looking for a co-primary or secondary partner?
Everyone does poly differently - there are so many variables. Letting people know who you are and what you are looking for may help let you stand out from the crowd of "Unicorn Hunters" and find that special someone.

PS. FWB can be frustrating at times, but I don't know that I would consider it an "ordeal"...
