Ta-Da! Hi from Eastern Canada
That's right folks, Eastern Canada. From what I can see there isn't much of a scene here. :( If you ARE from my region send a shout out, even if you aren't hit us up. My long time boyfriend and I have decided to enter into a polyamorous/trinogamous relationship and really want to find our missing puzzle piece. First step? Someone to talk to. Is it you? Or anyone! We love talking to we people!

Hi Malfunktions,
It's good to have you on our forum.

Try our Dating & Friendships subforum if you haven't been there already, it might help speed up the meeting-people process. Plus there are external links I can suggest on request. :)

Hang around on our different boards and see what topics call to you. You will have plenty of opportunity to meet good people and get comfortable.

Wishing you the best in your poly adventure.
Kevin T.

Ok really want to take this down now. Lol

Anything I can do to help?

Malfunktions 02-25-2013 07:02 PM

Lol can you delete the post? It's too late to edit it, I see my errors in writing it and don't want to give off the impression I'm still that daft.

(snickering quietly)
Dont feel too bad, dear. I would likely have done the same thing in your position, and felt a little foolish very shortly afterward. :D Its ok, i know what you are, and more importantly, i know what you are not. I wont hold it against you, just because you missed your 12 hour window. :)

Hmmm, I didn't think your first post was so bad. Of course that's just my opinion but.

In theory at least you may have an option of contacting one of the mods/admins and asking for help on altering or deleting your post. They can be found at:

Personally, though, I like your first post, and I hope you'll leave it up (perhaps with a few edits if that can be done).

I am not a mod/admin myself, so I can't help you directly in that way, quoting the link is all I got there.

Remember, we are always our own harshest judges. When we look in the mirror, we see all the flaws that no one else notices. You didn't (and don't) give me the impression that you are daft, at all.

Okay, having closely studied the post, I see a small grammatical error at the end. Nothing worse than I do on a regular basis though; I have more than a few posts where I goofed up on something and then missed my 12-hour window. Ah, well, in the spirit of wabi-sabi let the goof-ups stand, I tell myself. But that doesn't make me feel completely better.

Like undefinable said, don't feel so bad; you did fine; honest.

I actually AM my worst critic  I usually know the minute I do, say, see anything, that it was wrong but I have a bit of an auto correct addiction... Meaning I'm way to reliant on it. I used to be a four or fives times proofreader but then I got an iPhone, then and iPad, and then CERTAINLY do not promote proof reading. Unless they change your desired word. ;)

kdt26417 02-26-2013 11:30 PM

Yeah, I love some of the goof-ups that iPhones do with their autocorrect. :) Funny darn stuff.
