Managing interpersonal relationships within the poly group

I have been active in a poly relationship now for a little over a month with a married couple. There does not seem to be trouble between myself and the married couple individually or as a group. What I am concerned about is that there seems to be some friction in the primary relationship.

I guess I should mention that I have been living with them for the entire month. My husband who said he wanted to be poly changed his mind after we had entered into the relationship with this couple. He is only monogamous and expected for me to follow suit. I did not, and was fortunate that the couple welcomed just myself into their lives.

My reason for this post is to find out if there is anyone here dealing with similar issues, and what can I do to help foster that primary relationship
