LDRs

I know we have quite a few LDRs here, so I have a survey thing, a little get to know you

What kind of relationship is your LDR (primary, secondary, partner, gf/bf, etc)

What kind of contact do you have and how often

Any tips for others in or looking into a LDR

And I must answer my own questions

My husband is my LDR which is likely the most odd arrangement on here :)
- before anyone asks, he is military and stationed elsewhere, while I have a child here that I wont see if I go out of state.

We txt daily, talk almost daily, and see each other as much as possible - keeping two houses on a military paycheck doesnt leave much for travel.

Sharing our days in the evening is what helps me stay close to him.

Always helpful to search the forums first - you might find what you're looking for in existing threads. There are a few threads on LDRs already, one is pretty long. So, lots of good info:

Long distance love

long distance and poly??

surviving a long distance relationship

If you really want to post an actual poll, you can do that when you start a new thread by scrolling down to the bottom and selecting the poll option, which will ask you to create a number of answers for members to vote on.
