I am really interested in polyamory, and my husband and I have talked about it. There's a girl whom my husband dated previously before we were married, and we both want to date her. But we don't know how to talk to her about it? Any suggestions?

I think it depends on how well you already know her. Do you hang out with her on occasion? You could invite her over to see a movie and see how it goes. Or if one of you has a better relationship with her, she could be approached by that person to see if she is interested in both of you.

You should also decide what to do if she is interested in one of you but not both. Or if she is more into one than the other.
