We are a mono/poly couple where I (the husband) am mono and my wife is poly. We think every person is an individual and that we should support each other in all of our differences. This makes life interesting. :D
As I said, I am completely mono and I can't see myself loving anyone other than my wife. Though I am attracted to other women I only want to have a relationship with her and her alone. I truly support my wife in being poly and have for about seven years. She has had several boyfriends over that time and life is good. :D
We don't do any MFM or MMF. Only just straight MF with each member having a relationship with my wife.
I don't believe that this is a typical configuration. It seems that the most typical is a V with the male at the bottom or an N but I really don't know. Even though we've been living like this for sometime now, all of these labels and letters are new to us.
We live like this because it makes us happy and that's the important thing.
